Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations
The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 took effect on 1 April 2017.
GMSS, as an NHS employer, is required to publish certain information on trade union officials and facility time on our website.
We have been in discussion with our staff side colleagues to obtain this. However, we do not yet have the data needed for publication. This information will be available at the earliest opportunity.
