Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations

The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 took effect on 1 April 2017.

GMSS, as an NHS employer, is required to publish certain information on trade union officials and facility time on our website as below.

During the period 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021, our trade union reps averaged around 25 hours facility time each for the year. This consists of two trade union reps: one Band 6 and one Band 5.
