Stay Well This Winter
NHS England and Public Health England launched the national Stay Well This Winter campaign in 2016 to ease seasonal pressures on NHS services by helping people to prepare for the winter weather. It encourages those most at risk from the cold, including those with long-term health conditions and the over 65s, to prepare for the lower temperatures. The aim is to reduce the number of people becoming so ill that they require admission to hospital.
